How to place an order online with our pearl farm? | The ordering method we have chosen is similar to a private sale. We have decided that the best would be for you to contact us with the desired reference and then we will come back to you to confirm your order and provide you with a personalized link to finalize the payment. No account or profile on our website will be necessary, we will communicate only by email or private message. |
What are the steps for an order? | Here is a clear description of the steps that follow an order with our pearl farm:
1) First you need to contact us via email or with the form assigned with each pearl 2) Then, please provide us the reference of the pearl or the desired lot as well as your postal address. 3) We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your order and to make sure we have all the necessary information such as your name and delivery address. 4) Following this, you will receive a personalized email in your mailbox which will redirect you to a secure payment platform (PayZen) 5) When the payment validation is confirmed on our side (around 72h), we will proceed to ship your order as soon as possible. 6) You will then be provided by email with the tracking number which will allow you to know the status of your order. |

How can I change or cancel my order? | If you have a change to make to your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 12 hours of placing it. After that it will be too late to change your order as we may have proceeded to the customization of your Tahitian pearl. |
Shipping and Tracking |
What are the shipping methods? | Packages are shipped from French Polynesia, Papeete, Tahiti (98714). Default shipments are sent by registered mail (about $10), but it would be best to have them delivered by Chronopost (minimum 90$) or DHL if you prefer. |
Do you ship internationally? | Indeed we ship mainly in Europe but we can ship internationally, no change in the price. | |
How long will it take to get my package? | Packages sent by registered mail take about 3 weeks to be delivered. Those sent by Chronopost are shorter (1 week) and much more secure. | |
Do you offer after-sales service? | Unfortunately, the legislation of French Polynesia does not authorize the importation of Tahitian pearls into the territory, so it will be very difficult for us to guarantee you after-sales service for your pearls purchased from us who ship them from Polynesia itself. Returns will therefore be very difficult or impossible. |
Payment methods |
What payment methods do you accept? | The payment methods you can use are mainly by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX etc.). Payment methods by PayPal are limited so we do not use them. |
What is your online payment method? | In order to place an transaction with us, we will contact you after receiving your message in order to send you by email a custom link that will allow you to finalize the payment. The platform used, PayZen, is our Polynesian platform to make online transactions. |
